4 to 5 cloves of garlic finely minced
1/2 c. lemon juice ( 1 or 2 juicy lemons)
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper flakes
1 tsp. or so of salt (to taste)
1 Tbs. Italian seasoning (McCormick)
1/4 C. fresh herb of choice.... Basil, Italian Parsley, Sage, etc....
